2. Data we process

The contact form may collect a name, email address, phone number, participant age or preferred group and message.

For security and reliability, the server may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time and error logs. The browser also stores the user’s cookie choice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Form data is used to answer enquiries and provide training information, based on the sender’s consent and the controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence.

Technical data is processed for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. Optional analytics and external content are activated only with consent.

4. Recipients

Hosting, email, maintenance and security providers may process data only to the extent required to provide their services.

The site uses Google reCAPTCHA and, after the relevant consent, may use Google Analytics, Google Maps and embedded Facebook content. Opening Facebook or Instagram links is governed by those services’ own policies.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Google and Meta may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, providers use safeguards recognised by law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Form correspondence is retained as long as required to handle the enquiry and thereafter only for legal obligations or potential claims. Technical data follows server security settings. Optional-technology consent remains until changed, withdrawn or deleted with browser data.

7. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Requests may be sent to the controller’s email address. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Voluntary provision and children

Providing form data is voluntary but necessary to receive a response. Do not send sensitive or unnecessary information. Where an enquiry concerns a minor, the form should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

This policy may be updated when the site, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
