The emotions after last weekend are slowly settling down. It was a stormy weekend — not only because of the weather, but above all because of our athlete's tremendous success!
Eliasz entered the 66 kg division with incredible momentum and dominated it beyond doubt. He won the gold medal at MMA Polska, the country's leading amateur MMA competition, defeating four opponents. He secured a confident points victory in his opening bout and finished the next three fights with impressive guillotine submissions.
A year ago he returned with silver. Today he is the Polish Amateur MMA Champion! We are incredibly proud of his progress, determination and consistency. This is a success he worked for every day, and at the same time the beginning of another stage in his sporting journey.
We thank Eliasz's partner for countless hours of work together and tremendous mental support. We thank coach Paweł for his professional preparation and knowledge, coach Dawid for hundreds of minutes of demanding sparring, and coach Karol for his presence in the corner, composure and accurate guidance during every fight.
This is how great achievements are built — through hard work, commitment and the cooperation of the entire team. The greatest applause, however, belongs to Eliasz. His daily persistence, consistency and belief in his goal took him to the top step of the podium.
